You should consider TransCAD for the Web, which provides the tools you need
for creating a geographic file of streets that can be used for display,
address location, and routing, and for creating an interactive web mapping
application for displaying routes on a web page. for more information, see
(http://www.caliper.com/web/transcad.htm). TransCAD for the Web has been
used to create similar web mapping applications for cities outside the U.S.
