Yes so far there is no traslanting tool to translate avenue script to vba.
But you could still have to rewrite your avenue script in vba. I have some
information about how to do this. I have to look in my documentation at home
and I will let you know.

All,
Everything I have heard from ESRI (again confirmed two weeks ago) was that
there is NOT going to be any translator from Avenue to VBA. All will need to
be done by the users. I haven't heard of a translator from anybody else at
this point.
