Hi
Long back, I tried to look for such a tool and I landed up on a
utility that could take the Avenue script and generate the VB form for the
Dialogs in the Avenue Script with the same naming convention as used in the
Avenue script...
I don't remember the link exactly but got it straight from a Google
search...
I'll try to look into that..

All,
Everything I have heard from ESRI (again confirmed two weeks ago) was that
there is NOT going to be any translator from Avenue to VBA. All will need
to
be done by the users. I haven't heard of a translator from anybody else at
this point.
