I'm developing a pocketPC program that will wirelessly get real time data
and display a map of the area with the locations of vehicles that have GPS
in them. I've seen plenty of commercial software that might do the job, but
I wondered if anyone on this list knew of a good free solution. Ideally
there would just be some kind of library I could use in my program to do the
zooming, etc. I've been amazed at the sheer number of GIS products and
projects that are out there....it is a bit overwhelming!
If such a thing exists, I would really appreciate any suggestions people
might have.
