KT,
You could use an Ascii editor like notepad ( Textpad is good too!) to
edit the html file
and then import that data into a spreadsheet (excel) and do a save as
"dbf" type file.

Hi list,
I have a .html extension file which contains seismic information under
the headlines of
date, time, lat, lon, depth and mag. I want to convert this .html file
to a .dbf file
and display in Arcview environment. What is the best way of doing it?
