Later version of Excel can load HTML tables directly. It is more successful
on simple pages of course.
Another option is to load the HTML into work and use it to simplify the
tables so they can be read by Excel.
Sometimes you can just highlight the HTML table, copy to clipboard, and
paste into excel.
