Hello everybody,
I'm just making my first steps in the GIS world.
I'll be very happy if you can help with links of
useful docs.
I want to develop a gis in the future.
Is there any free GIS software, if it is open source
is better.
But i want something i can run in my machine (pentium
2, 255Mhz, 64 RAM).
