I'm trying to open a very-2 large CAD file (250 MB) in Arcview
8.1. But it never responds. I tried to open both dwg and dxf
formats. I have opened many smaller CAD files in arcview before
but this time i'm just hang up. Is it a problem of file size or
machine configuration or anything else.
