Hi all,
Few more clarifications. Is it possible to create contours of 1 m interval from aerial photographs of 1 : 8000 or 1 : 10,000 scale through photogrammetric methods. Digitally, we can create contours / DEM to any interval through interpolation techniques. Will it be possible to get the accuracy of the required accuracy (line and height accuracy) corresponding to the 1 m contour interval.
I understand that for creating contours of 1 m, DEM should be of 5 m interval to get the required accuracy and it may be possible to create such with photographs of around 1 : 5000 scale.
Any suggestions / clarifications in this context are welcome. Also more reference to the accuracy standards of contours / DEM with respect to the photo scale may also be helpful
Thanks for the help all times.
Regards Jay
