I am having problem with the Layout view in GIS 8.x. I put a scale bar
and set it to a specific number like 2000 feet. However sometimes when
I reopen the map or when the screen redraws the scale bar changes to
2100 feet. Is there a way to lock that scale bar so it won't change. I
have set a fix scale before and it still has this problem. Can anybody
solve this inconvience for me?
