Maptitude and Maptitude for the Web come with a World Data CD, which has
worldwide geographic files from VMAP0 and other sources, including
political boundaries, roads, rivers, cities, elevations, and a DEM. You
could use Maptitude for the Web to develop web mapping applications for
your education portal.
