You can use the script at the following URL
http://arcscripts.esri.com/details.asp?dbid=10464
to convert each celle of the grid into point, then convert points into
square polygons.

Dear all,
I'm looking for a tool to convert every single cell of a grid theme into
square polygons in shapefile format. I'll be highl appreciated if someone
