A colleague of mine has recently resolved this exact issue for us and it wa=
s not documented or straight forward at first. His first attempt involved =
unchecking the "display warning" option in the AdvAMSet.exe utility under A=
rcObjects developerkit/utilities/vbavancedsettingsutility folder. As it tu=
rned out the solution was to delete the *.lic files from the license manage=
r folder on the server where the license manager is installed (usually pro=
gram filesESRI). There should be a license file for every extension of pr=
oduct installed. So, delete the license files corresponding to the evaluat=
ion extensions you wish to remove. Hope this is helpful. Regards, Van

Ok, so anyone know how to "uninstall" evaluation extensions (3D Analyst and=
Spatial Analyst) that have expired? I keep getting that annoying message =
telling me so, but no clear instructions to remove them. Thanks in advance.
