You might check with Earth Satellite Corporation. They have a Landsat
satellite image derived Land Use/Land Cover product called GeoCoverLC that
might meet your needs. Here's the link to a description of the product.

The production status graphic has not been updated recently, so I recommend
that you contact them directly to determine if your area of interest is
available.
