I am not a geodesist or cartographer but, Why would you want to do this? WGS84 takes into consideration the size and shape of the earth. Sure software can do just about anything but if you apply the terrestrial parameters to another planetary body what would it mean?
It would be better in my opinion to use parameters established by some agency such as the USGS or NASA for the planetary body of interest. Those parameters would include the shape, size, angular velocity, and mass of the body. Does Autodesk Map or any other commercial program contain these parameters for the planetary body you are interested in?
Am I missing something? When you say 'non earth', you do do mean non earth right?
