For the record, there are currently 426 ESRI Business Partners in the US
selling ArcInfo. They are a class of Business Partners known as
Authorized Resellers.

I have never seen a statement saying how many ArcInfo licenses have been
sold. The problem here is that only ESRI can sell ArcInfo, Business
Partners cannot.
