Hi Gina
When you use the Universal translator you have to specify a projection. Otherwise it defaults to "non-earth" (i.e. like a page layout). Non-earth tables cannot be overlaid as they have no referencing system (unless you specify one). If you use geographic coordinates for your tables (i.e. longitude/latitude in Category and Category Members in the Choose Projection dialog) you should find they overlay OK.
