Greetings--
"CAD Complete" is a consumer level (or lower!) "CAD" package.....a
rudimentary program which will enable a person to draw some lines and
insert some symbols......I don't know what file format it reads/writes, but
my experience tells me that you should stay away from that thing unless you
have absolutely nothing else that can create vector files.
Your "customer" might want to invest more than the $10 it cost to get that
software! :-)
