Dear Listers,
We are looking at "translating" some lines of Avenue code to VBA.
This has become necessary due to upgrade rom ArcView 3.x to ArcView 8.x.
I have the following questions:
How does one estimate the amount of effort, in terms of person hours,
for "translating" say, N lines of Avenue code?
Is there a rough thumb rule for the estimation?
Are there tools available for "auto" translation?
