Hello List,
Does anyone have any experience of using automated user help software?
I'm looking into products to assist in creating help for a system and have so far looked at two: RoboHelp and Microsoft HTML Help.
I have already created a manual for my product in Word format and am trying to find out how easy/difficult it would be to convert the manual into a proper help document using either of these products.
If anyone has any advice I'd be grateful.
Thanks for your help,
David King
