Contact the Louisiana Geographic Information Center at http://lagis.lsu.edu
or http://atlas.lsu.edu.
They published a two-disk CD with Landsat TM, National Wetlands Habitat, and
numerous other data layers for Louisiana a couple years ago. The data are
compatible with GeoMedia and ArcView. The raster are UTM Zone 15 GeoTiffs.
Some of the vector data layers are:
Geology
Rivers and lakes
Wildlife Refuges
Roads
Offshore bathymetry
Railroads
Vegetation
Oil field waste pits
Pipeline crossings
Soils, and
Drainage basins
