We are currently using ArcMap 8.2 to edit our zoning geodatabase. Some of o=
ur zoning districts are too small to place the annotation inside the polygo=
n so the anno has be placed outside the polygon.
How do we add an arrow to the annotation? We have searched on-line help and=
ESRI on-line and have come up with nothing.
Any help will be appreciated.
