Thanks for the responses. I knew I needed an
extension. Here's list of extensions/sources I
recieved:
GridPIG from USGS PIGWAD: (cool name – and it works)

SPATIAL TOOLS VERSION 3.2 from Alaska Science Center
(recommended – a suite of tools)

Grid Analyst Extension at ESRI Arcscripts Archive (not
used by but recommended by other posters)
