nader..
If it is very urgent and if you have MapInfo with
you...Follow this "If u have not received any Arcview
solution till now"
Converting polyline into polygon or vice versa is very
easy in MapInfo. With the commands under Objects -->
Convert to Regions and convert to Polylines.
And here in Mapinfo you have many overlay commands to
play with different layers.
