"In windows explorer navigate to arcgis>arcexe82>utilities>Advanced ArcMap Settings, miscellaneous tab, and uncheck the License timeout warning box. This should fix your problem"
"Find the lincense folder and delete the 3D analyst license.
"Mine was located at C:Program FilesESRILicenseSingleUser"
