Hi, I'm based in West Africa I have proposed to implement
a form of E-911 system in my country, I'm looking for an
individual/small company that will be able to assist me if the
proposal is approved: especially in the area of integrating the
GPS/AVL units, the phone Identifier, CAD software etc
