Dear Group,
We are having an extremely hard time trying to integrate (overlay and
register) QuickBird satellite imagery with digital mapping in Microstation 8
format. The QB imagery is in geo-tiff format. The Microstation 8 is
allowing the importation of files only up to 4mb in size - which is nothing
with imagery. The registration of these overlays is accurate, however. Any
imagery over 4mb comes in as a dark blob that is totally unregistered w.r.t.
the Microstation data.
Anybody have any ideas about how to get over these file size limitations
that Microstation 8 seems to have - they tout that they can handle any file
size.....
