A few thousand ESRI software customers (for example - a cross section inclu=
des the USGS, French Public Geological Survey, International Paper, Terralo=
gic Inc., GeoFusion, US Army Corps of Engineers, Pixxures Canada, Thompso=
n Mapping and Consulting, Seafloor Surveys International, Inc., Oregon Dep=
artment of Geology) are using the Geographic Transformer to solve their ima=
ge transformation problems. The philosophy behind the Geographic Transforme=
r is simple. Typically, when a large system tries to do everything, it sel=
dom does everything well. The Geographic Transformer is built specifically=
to address the image transformation niche.
