hi, If u are using auocad Map, it is just straight forward job. Use Map--> tools---> export ---> arcinfo coverage format. Go to the options select the attribute info and layer info u need. ur coverage will be getting.
If u want to export the dwg to a DXF file, and back to arcinfo then only the drawing attributes will be coming as your attributes
