When I was using AutoCAD a while back, the company had purchased ArcCAD from
ESRI. It was real helpful in converting the AutoCAD data with attributes
into coverages that could be manipulated in PC Arc/Info or made into shape
files for ArcView. I don't know if ESRI still has it available or not. The
latest version was valid for AutoCAD R14.
