Dear GeoCommunity,
I am looking at a small custom tool in ArcGIS, which should be able to do
the following:
WHEN THE USER SELECTS A UI-CONTROL THEN A COLOUR PALETTE SHOULD OPEN UP.
AFTER SELECTING A CERTAIN COLOUR, THE PALETTE SHOULD CLOSE
AND
WHEN THE USER CLICKS AT A CERTAIN POINT ON THE MAP, THEN AT THAT POINT A
CIRCLE OF RADIUS 1CM SHOULD APPEAR WITH THE SELECTED COLOUR FILLED IN IT.
LIKE THIS, WHEREVER THE USER CLICKS ON THE MAP, IT SHOULD SHOW THE CIRCLE
AT THAT POINT AND THE PREVIOUS ONE SHOULD DISSAPPEAR (AS DYNAMIC LABELING).
Is there a tool already available like this for download?
Since I am a new to developing tools in ArcGIS, how easy is this to do using
Arc Tool Box?
I will sum up.
