Didn't I recently see on this list a thread discussing the origins of the
statement "80% of all data has some location relevance" (or something like
that)?
I took a quick manual scan through the web archives on Spatialnews going
back to September, but didn't see any promising message headers - was that
thread on a different GIS-related list?
