Dear GeoCommunity
This is a kind of "cat on the wall situation" that I am in!
I have been assigned the task of educating my client on the pros and cons of
going for a CAD based web solution versus GIS based web solution.
By CAD based web solution I mean writing Java applets to publish DWG and DGN
files versus migrating to a GIS platform & then publishing this data.
Can someone point me to some resources or share their experiences.
A holistic approach to the problem is welcome.
