Subject: RE: GISList: Plotting images with MapInfo Problem
Date:  03/17/2003 10:17:19 AM
From:  Ryan Morgan, Aerials Express

Hi Tadi,

You are probably having a memory issue. Usually within HP drivers there is
an option to print in the computer instead of directly to the plotter. This
solves most memory problems with HP plotters.

Hope this helps,

Ryan Morgan

Subject: GISList: Plotting images with MapInfo Problem

Hi list,

We use Mapinfo at our organisation extensively the
versions 6.5 and 7.0 now.
We have a HP Designjet 800ps plotter which is
connected over LAN by JetDirect Card.

Since last 3-4weeks when i am trying to give a print
from Mapinfo with different layers like 1. Topo sheets
or 2. Landsat Images or 3. any images Along with the
Vector layers.

The vector layers are printing properly but the topo
image, landsat images etc.. are not printing properly
instead the images is being repeatedly printing every
2cm or sometimes 4cm same is being repeated again and
again over the complete paper size set but, the vector
lines over the top of the image are printing perfectly
as given.

If anybody faced this problem please kindly suggest me
what to do.

Many Thanks

Regards
Seetharamayya. Tadi
