Hello listers
The PPL coordinates in the free down load E00-data for Russia are projected
coordinates (m). I need the E00-file in global coordinates (deg: lat/long).
What possibilities do exist in order to read the E00-file with the projected
coordinates, convert the coordinates (E00-file has the information on the
type of projection) and rewrite the E00-file with the global coordinates.
Please note that I only would like to convert the 3 files (Russia west, central
and east) and that for this reason a low cost solution would be appreciated.
