Chris,
Be advised that Georgia has traditionally taken the view that they hold copyright over their publicly produced data. This leads many of their agencies to feel free to charge fees for the data over and above reproduction costs. The data are typically available, but don't be surprised if you're hit up for some uncomfortable fees to acquire them.
