Wizards,
In arcview one can use the map calculator with the expression [shape].getx and [shape].gety to convert projected (Albers Equal Area conic/custom) decimal degree latitude and longitude values to linear (Cartesian?) values in meters.
I am trying to learn whether there is a way to use arcview to convert linear xy values to decimal degree values. Is this re-projection possible. Can anyone suggest how one might learn to accomplish this?
thx
Ben
