List,
This is an easy one: many people responded, both on & off list,
recommending Xtools extension as well as many posted on ESRI websites. I
chose Xtools and it was a snap to start using, however, I've run into a
technical snafu. I have written to TaigaGIS tech support about it, but so
far, no response yet. It seems that 1/3 the way through the polygon layer
as the Xtools goes about creating a centroid point layer, it bombs out and
says that there is an "Application Error! The operation was attempted on an
empty geometry." It would seem there is a problem the with actual polygon
layer's geometry. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to resolve this
problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
