Not sure what version you're using but it's actually pretty easy. You simply define your new data source as your SQL Server DSN. Then you need to edit the link template properties to point to the new data source and save the drawing. You'll need to be connected to your SQL Server to do this. Voila - you're finished.

My Problem:
I have some drawings that have links to external databases(MS Access).
now I am going to change my database to SQL Server and I tend to know which changes we have to apply on the drawing(what happens for links?)
