Can someone tell me, at what point did the Middle-East country of Qatar
become know in the Americas as "cutter"???
I notice recently all the media refer to it as "cutter" as opposed to
"katar" as it was previously referred to. Can anyone shed some light on what
the proper pronunciation is.
