I am civil engineer working at the GIS unit of the
Addis Ababa Water & Sewerage Authority. We are using
InFoCAD4 for the water supply network management.
However, since we are facing a lot of compatability
problems, we are now thinking to shift to other GIS
software. Hence, I hope you will help me in the
selection of the best GIS software for the same
purpose and give me a detailed information on the
application of the software in water and sewerage
sector.
