No guarantees, but you might try the World
Conservation Monitoring Centre (unep-wcmc.org) - they
maintain the protected areas database used by
organization such as the UN Environment Programme, WWF
and the IUCN. As one might imagine there are
persistent difficulties with maintenance and currency,
but it's a good start.
