Hi Listers,
Quick question. Are there any advantages or disadvantages in structuring a geodatabase hierarchically higher or lower? For example, if we have the following data layers within our database, would we experience any performance increases/decreases by going with one versus the other?
Geodatabase.mdb - Buildings (feature dataset) -Structure_existing_area (feature class) -Tower_area (feature class) - Cadastre (feature dataset) - Hydrography (feature dataset) - Landform (feature dataset)
or
Buildings.mdb -Structure_existing_area (feature dataset) -Tower_area (feature dataset) Cadastre.mdb Hydrography.mdb Landform.mdb
Thank you, Travis
