Hi Mohamed,
go in www.esri.com in ArcScripts part and search for ArcPoint extension.
Download this file and extract *.avx file in the EXT32 directory of ArcView.
Then if you open line file in ArcView in the Theme Menue you will find a
command Convert vertices to point theme.
Enjoy.
By the way there are many different extensions and scripts that can do this
but this one is the simplest one I think but quite useful.
