From:  Sara J. Gottlieb

All,

Please distribute this job announcement as appropriate. We have
an opening for a GIS Analyst/Programmer in the MSB Division of Fishes in
the Biology Department at the University of New Mexico. Over the next
year to two years, we will be developing a web-based, geographic
interface for a long-term dataset containing biological and hydrological
information from the San Juan River Basin in New Mexico, Colorado, and
Utah. The person selected for this position will play an integral role
in the development of the database and web-based GIS interface.
Additionally, this project offers many opportunities for professional
development and frequent contact with personnel from state and federal
agencies involved in natural resource management.

To be considered for this position, you must apply via the University's
web-based eJobs system. See the posting at the following address:

Sincerely,
Sara J. Gottlieb
