I have parcel polygon shapefiles that were converted from CAD DWGs.
These files cover an entire county and they do not line up with my
other lat/lon NAD 83 county files. I'm trying to use these files with my existing layers and I am having great trouble assigning geographic coordinates to them. I use ArcView 3.2, ArcView 8.3, and MapInfo professional and I have tried many procedures given in help files. Will someone please point me in the right direction?
