Subject: RE: GISList: Software and satellite comparison
Date:  06/12/2003 03:35:00 AM
From:  GIS (IPS)

Thanks Mohamed,

What I need is short descriptions (preferably in a table format to keep it
short) of the software, such as cost, capabilities (high-end or low-end),
the type of GIS (raster or vector focussed, internet, etc.), workstation (PC
or UNIX), level of expertise required, etc. This is just a rough indicator.

The satellite information should be the same.

Ciao

Dean

Dear Dean,
Please give me more details, I can guide you,
do you need academic comparaison???,
cost???, use ????
there are many paramenters that influenve the software Choice:
The application nature, the data volume, the customer financial situation,
the technical level available, the geographic location of the project,
and many others.
There are no absolute single selection available for all situations,

Please be more specific, so I can help!!!

Best Regards,
