Well, your first step is to find information on the 1992 Polish system. If, as is often the case with national systems, it is based on any of the standard projection systems (UTM, Gauss Kruger, etc.) using specific projection parameters or datum you can easily add it using the Customization feature. Note that quite often national systems use a specially named ellipsoid/datum that is in fact identical to one of the zillions of standard ones.
