Sure... Import the grid into Manifold as a surface and then publish it using Manifold IMS. See, for example, the simple example at http://exchange.manifold.net/montara/ that publishes the Montara Mountain USGS 1:24K SDTS DEM surface together with some vector layers. No reason that surface could not have come in from a arcstuff "grid".
