Dear all,
thanks to those who replied to my original email - if you didn't see the original its below. The 4 scenarios I listed were not necessarily alternatives, but equally likely to occur i.e. data will be sent in via all four methods not just by one. If you know of anything similar pleas-we let me know

This is one of the most original idea I have seen for the first time on the gislist? and I congratulate you for such a genius thinking, this type of activity is very much possible by establishing a R&D team with some of the entrepreneurs or a corporations, anything done by school or university may not find commercial value, I would like to invite people of same interest to join us and make presentations as to what they want and what they can achieve at what cost?
